At Puddle Jumpers we aspire to offer the highest level of care and education to our children, to do this we need caring and thoughtful staff who are considerate of the children’s needs, and who will use a child led / bottom up approach to make sure that all of our decisions have a positive impact on the children in our care.
As a key person you will need excellent communication skills with the children and their parents. We expect you to maintain effective and regular contact with the parents to share key moments of their child’s learning and development.
We require our staff to be enthusiastic at all times with the energy to support and welcome change. As the children grow so must we!
You must be creative in your approach to meeting the children’s needs, inside as well as out, we value outdoor learning participating in forest schools and supporting the children to maintain an edible garden.
Having a passion for the early years of a child’s life and the drive to be a forward thinker are two key skills that are essential for our team members.
We want our children and parents to have access to a high quality nursery where children are safe, valued and supported to learn.
